Koolaz Ice and Warmaz Firewood, part of the Easden Enterprises Pty Ltd group will not distribute, sell or make available any personal information gathered to anyone outside of this company. Information gathered will be used only for the purpose of obtaining your pre-order and in the unlikely event that we may need to contact you.

Pre-Orders – Pay at Event & Pre-Paid
All Prepaid and Pay at Event pre-orders will need to be collected and paid for by 11am Wednesday 5th July 2023. Your order will not be held and we cannot guarantee your order after this time.

Refunds on Prepaid Orders
In the unfortunate event you are unable to attend the Big Red Bash a full refund will be given up until Friday 16th June 2023. If you need to cancel your order after this time a credit will be offered for the following year and your order will carry over at no charge.

To cancel an order please email brbpreorder@koolazice.com.au with “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

In the event that the Big Red Bash is cancelled or postponed prior to 2nd June 2023, you will be given the option of a full refund or carrying the order over to the next event at no charge.

All orders cancelled after Friday 16th June 2023 or not collected on-site at The Big Red Bash will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.

Fulfilment of Pre-Orders
Koolaz Ice and Warmaz Firewood, part of the Easden Enterprises Pty Ltd group have offered the pre-order service to patrons of the 2023 Birdsville Big Red Bash. Due to the remoteness and isolation of the event, we will endeavour to fill your pre-order but no guarantee can be made if unforeseen circumstances arise.

In the unforeseen circumstance that Koolaz Ice and Warmaz Firewood, part of the Easden Enterprises Pty Ltd group are unable to attend the 2023 Big Red Bash a full refund or option to carry order over to the next event will be given.

Collection of Pre-Orders
Koolaz Ice will hold your purchased pre-ordered ice in their freezer for daily collection. Koolaz Ice will hold your ice up until 11am Thursday 6th July. After this time all ice in stock will be put back into circulation and offered for sale.

No refunds on uncollected pre-ordered ice will be given after this time.

Warmaz Firewood will do their best to deliver you firewood to your campsite. It is your responsibility to make sure someone is at your camp when the firewood trucks go past to hand over your tickets and collect your order. A flag will be issued to you when you collect your tickets. You will need to place this flag on the roadside near your camp. The delivery drivers will see this flag and call out for your attention. If no one is at camp the flag will be left in place and they will continue on.

All orders not collected at The Big Red Bash will be forfeited and no refund or credit will be given.
